Much, much cheaper than divorce . . . . but, yeah, dealing with any utility provider tech support is HORRID. I have Comcast for internet . . . had them for about, well, I think I've been in the house for 20 years. I've probably had to call them a dozen times - just once have I had someone on the other end who seemed to know what they were doing & felt like they were actually trying to help me fix my problem....then they immediately tried to up-sell me on my cable plan.
