If you visited Amsterdam 20 years ago you would be surprise how much it has changed...
When I was here 20 years ago, the city was full of bars and clubs and hash houses and no one woke up before noon or went to bed before three o'clock in the morning.
Now, twenty years later, it's remarkable that the city has changed it's habits... People get up and go to work and commute. They go home at a reasonable hour, eat dinner and go to bed.
They don't stay up all night partying and sleep all day trying to overcome the hangover.
It's amazing how the city has grown up these last 20 years!
Or maybe that's just me.
