2010 has been an amazing year for me.
Forget about the fact that my beautiful children are getting older every day and while that does not make me love them any more, I love the fact that they can interact with me at higher and higher levels.
This year we went to Disney World. We had a BLAST.
This year we went camping. My BABY hiked 2.5 miles. (Granted it was only the promise of icecream at the bottom that kept her going.)
My 8yo played FOOTBALL. My 7yo started FIRST GRADE. My 5you started KINDERGARTEN. How is this even POSSIBLE?
This year I quit the job I'd had for TWELVE years to work for a company that is barely 12 years old to sell technology that is not even 3 years old. I have been here for 6 weeks and I am terrified, nervous, excited, energized and very, very hopeful. Every day I start out thinking, "I can't do this." and then taking a deep breath and then Doing it. It's hard and it's scary but I think that's true of most things that make us better.
This year I started this blog. And I met AMAZING people. And I can't thank you all enough for the support and comments and everything. Even when I did stupid things like tell my son there is no Santa Claus.
This afternoon I am taking my crew to see Tangled in a theater. Then we are going out for dinner to celebrate the New Year! (Don't worry, we'll be home by 7:30 eastern and I'll be online for #wineparty)
I hope that 2011 is everything you hope for and more!
Love,
Kit
It's been wonderful getting to know you and I'm looking forward to another great year! Happy New Year!

I started my career in 2010. I have been a part time massage therapist for 7 years, but never did it full time. I was too scared. After getting depressed and crazy, I found a full time position. I jumped in feet first, went from a steady paycheck to $0. I only get paid per massage. I. Was. Terrified. But SO happy! For the first 3 months my hubs thought I was prego b/c I was sick every morning. But it was just nerves and excitement. I'm proud of you and I'm proud of me! Happy New Year!

Happy New Year to you too!! Hopefully this next year finds us both with more sex than we can want, more sleep than we can wish for, and children that behave like we'd like them to.

Happy new year!
One of my resolutions will be when I'm out (due to the time difference) to make sure I buy a glass of wine once the wine party starts, cos I always miss it or an too drunk to remember to tweet by 2am haha
I hope this year is as good for you

2010 was definitely a great year. Hope that you have a happy & healthy 2011.
As for Disney World, we went there last year also (for Disney Social Media Moms) and will be going there this year also (again, for DisneySMMoms). Love it there but those trips, combined with a trip we took in 2009, leads me to fear that the boys will expect to go to Disney World every year. :-)
